About Mums Meet

Dubai Mums Meets is a community of mothers in the Dubai area who come together on a weekly basis to share experiences, support one another, and engage in fun, interactive activities with their children. One of the key components of these weekly playdates is the sensory activities and story time that are provided for children aged 8 months to 5 years. These activities have been specifically designed to help with the character development and confidence of participating children. While the children connect, parents can enjoy the gourmet refreshments and their own moment to grow new friendships. Our Mums Escape Mornings,  held monthly are the perfect wellness activity to get back that little you time.

We understand that the needs of each family can vary. We offer flexible scheduling with the pay as you go or membership options (coming soon) to accommodate busy schedules. Our open-door policy allows families to come and go as needed during the session.

We strive to create a strong sense of community and offer personalized attention to each family’s needs. Through a range of engaging and diverse activities, we aim to nurture the minds and imaginations of children and enrich their overall learning and growth.

Hello from Megan

As a mother in Dubai, it can be difficult to find new activities that support your little ones character development while also balancing work and family life. That’s why I created Dubai Mums Meets, a community for new mothers, families with multiple children, children not in full-time schooling and expats families. I understand the struggles of trying to keep regular meet-ups with busy schedules and the need for a safe and flexible space for families to connect and grow. 
 
Being a mother and moving to a new community can be a challenging and overwhelming experience, but it is also one of the most rewarding and fulfilling journeys you will ever embark on. Remember to take care of yourself, both physically and emotionally, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You are not alone in this journey, this is a supportive community of other new mothers who understand what you’re going through. Trust in your ability to be a great mother and know that you are doing the best you can. With patience, love, and a little bit of grace, you will navigate this new chapter in your life with ease.
 
Through my own experience, I know how hard it can be to balance career and family life, especially with the added stress of travel and large upfront nursery costs. Working fulltime I was missing out on seeing my children grow and was never truly happy or fulfilled in my roles. But now, with Dubai Mums Meets, I am finally smiling every day with palm trees and sunny skies ahead. Join us and let’s create lasting memories and friendships!
